This little ice maker works great! Fast, clear ice nuggets in a compact space. Just remember this unit doesn't maintain a frozen storage temperature.
Only one size cube. It's a decent size for ice coffee and seems to fill the basket every hour. So that's a Gallon ziplock bag of ice 6x a day. I think you'll find it worth the money. Also. My kitchen is hot! And it works well under those conditions. I'm satisfied with my purchase.
I loved this countertop ice machine at first! It’s the perfect compact size for my counter and doesn’t take up too much space. It makes ice really fast, and the cubes are the perfect size — great for drinks and easy to chew. However, after running it nonstop for about three months, the motor did give out pretty quickly. I wish it had lasted longer with continuous use.Overall, it’s a great option if you need a convenient, space-saving ice maker, but I’d recommend giving it some breaks to help the motor last longer!
I love this gem! Easy to use, set up, and has a small footprint so it's right on the kitchen table this summer. Big plus: it drink more water when the ice is so handy to get to. Not as handy as a microwave but close. Oh, and if it fills up with ice and you don't get a chance to use it or put it in the freezer, the ice will melt back into the container and will make more ice with it.
Out of the box it performed perfectly. Made ice cubes in under 9 minutes. Only downside is the area that collects the ice is no refridgerated so the ice will melt. Ice that melts will drain into the water container and be re-made into ice cubes in an endless cycle. Drops 9 bullet ice cubes per cycle. Filling the water container to the max mark yields about 8 cycles before the unit flashes the red light that it needs more water. Impressed with this machine.
