Have only had it a couple days but it's perfect. Easy set up easy to use. It made its first batch of ice within minutes. Makes perfect nugget ice (Sonic ice). Not sure on the longevity but we are completely satisfied. Perfect for us.

It's very easy to use, with just one button to start making ice, and it's also very fast, producing soft, granulated ice in less than ten minutes, perfect for cold drinks, iced tea, or cocktails. It produces enough ice, up to 40 pounds a day, enough for a family or small gathering. The automatic cleaning function also makes cleanup a lot easier.
I’m so tired of fixing my Samsung fridge ice maker. It doesn’t work every year and always have problem. Look online and find this small nugget ice maker. Doesn’t have cubic size but enough. Small and can leave it on island top. Easy to clean and fast to make ice. Very convenient!
The ice machine was received, the packaging was OK, and there was no damage. The ice maker is filled with water - ice cubes are made automatically - and the ice making time is also relatively fast. There are indicator lights for water shortages and cleanup. The ice maker is just the right size – for a small family. There isn't much machine sound
